This Legal Notice sets out the identity of the provider of the Verbomatico website and application, as required by Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).

Verbomatico is a language-learning game built around songs, offered as a website and web application at verbomatico.com. It is provided partly free of charge and partly through paid subscriptions and one-off purchases of in-app items.
Access to and use of the Service are governed by the Terms of Service, and the processing of personal data by the Privacy Policy. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. All three are linked at the bottom of this page.
The Service, its software and its original study content belong to the provider or its licensors. Song titles, lyrics and related rights belong to their respective owners; Verbomatico does not publish song lyrics or audio. Copyright notices: legal [arroba] verbomatico [punto] com.
Subscriptions and coin purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in euro (EUR) and include VAT (IVA) where applicable. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never received or stored by us. Pre-contractual information, the right of withdrawal and its exceptions for digital content are set out in the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.
If you are a consumer and have a complaint, write to us first at contact [arroba] verbomatico [punto] com; we aim to answer within one month. Your mandatory consumer rights, and your right to take the matter to the consumer authorities or courts of your place of residence in the EU, are unaffected. Note that the European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and is therefore no longer available.
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence in the EU.
