Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Verbomatico application and website (the "Service"), operated by Verbomatico ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. The Service is provided by Brick Lane Entertainment S.L. Full provider details are in the Legal Notice.

Verbomatico is a language-learning game built around songs. We may add, change, or remove features, songs, and content at any time. Some content and features are available only to paying subscribers.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to consent to these Terms in your country (at least 14 in Spain); if you are a minor, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

Pro and Premium are recurring subscriptions billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in euro (EUR) and include VAT (IVA) where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Store → Manage subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. We do not store your card details — they are handled by Stripe.

Coins and power-ups are a virtual in-app currency and items with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. Coins purchased with real money are delivered immediately and, as digital content, are non-refundable once credited (see the Refund Policy). We may adjust prices and coin balances where required to correct errors or abuse.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the Service, cheating or exploiting bugs to obtain coins or ranking, or infringing others’ rights. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

The Service, its software and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Song titles, lyrics and related rights belong to their respective owners. Verbomatico does not publish song lyrics or audio: we never reproduce a song’s lyrics, in whole or in any substantial part, and playback links out to third-party platforms (e.g. YouTube, Spotify) which are governed by their own terms. The study material in the Service is our own original work; where it refers to a song it uses only brief fragments, for the purposes of teaching, comment and analysis.

Copyright / takedown. If you are a rights-holder (or their agent) and believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, email us at legal [arroba] verbomatico [punto] com with: the work concerned, the location of the material on the Service, your contact details, and a statement that you hold the relevant rights. We review notices promptly and remove or disable infringing material where appropriate.

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish or EU consumer law.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence in the EU are unaffected. Disputes are subject to the competent courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
